Condolence: To the Swart family:

My heart goes out to all of you in the loss of your husband, father, and brother. El as he was known by us at Gleason's was the first Foreman I worked with in the Machine Repair & Rebuild Department back in 1972. I was a graduate apprentice, and he was one to teach me the perfection that went into machinery, and every day living. I went on to become a foreman myself in the same trade, Machine repair. I am retired now, but my fond memories of El will always live within me.
